  Seller clarified before shipping if it is the item I really need. Item matches the description. Condition: new. After replacement of the old fan my laptop became silent. Shipping was fast. Arrived 10 days earlier than expected. Packaging is acceptable, I expected more protection, because item arrived mechanically undamaged, but had some scratches on plastic fan.

  Excellent condition item, the exact cooling assembly for my Clevo/System76 laptop. Shipping from overseas was turbo fast, far exceeded expectations by nearly two weeks. Great communication from the seller, terrific ebayer, would buy again in the future.

  The alienware M18 Tron ring was purchased and shipped in excellent condition. However i though that a wire for the tron ring would be included however it was not, but I suppose it wasnt in the description anyway. Highly recommended seller will probably buy more spare parts!
