  Packaging could've been better but shipping was free, so there's that. The controller's box was a little beat but that's not too important. The controller itself was definitely new and sealed, just as described. The Chroma Indigo color is the most beautiful by far in my opinion. Good buy for the price all things considered.

  Item was exactly as described. Fast shipping and great communication. I purchased two Orbi units and one of them had a box that was pretty damaged despite the shipping box appearing undamaged. That said both units were n working order.
