  The item is exactly as described, and unfortunately, I can’t use it, but that is not the seller‘s fault. That was my fault because I misread the listing, the seller did everything that they were supposed to do and I have absolutely no problems with them at all. The shipping was fast. The price was great. The thing is in great condition and of course it’s a Xeon processor which means it’s a quality CPU. It also looks to be in pristine condition.

  It saddens me to leave negative feedback. I am quite unhappy with this seller and the handling of my purchase. I paid a premium price for a used Workstation. I filled a return because seller did not ship until 12/16. The PC arrived with a lose mounting bracket for the GPU rattling around inside. I was promised a 10% refund on 12/23 if I closed my return request. It has been crickets since then. This is not the route I wanted to go. Not enough room to leave the whole story.

  There’s always more to the story. Initially, a voluntary holiday discount was offered out of goodwill, later increased to compensate for the shipping delay. The agreed refund offer expired before the buyer accepted it, leading to extra steps to process it. Unfortunately, health issues delayed both shipping and manual refund handling later, but eBay processed the refund, and the correct part was sent to the buyer. I always prioritize customer satisfaction and regret the inconvenience.
