  Studio Art Pottery Ram Ornament Figuirine Farm Animal. Arrived on Saturday. There was some damage to the tip of the Ram's horn. This happened in transit and I contacted the seller and a small refund has been issued. It not the seller's fault. Sadly it happened in transit with Royal Mail, despite it being well packed. The Ram was as described apart from the damage. Good value for money. I would recommend this seller.

  Great item, (vintage sharps tin) well pictured and described, shipped quickly, fair price, well packed. And excellent comms, Yodel delivery time and comms. - poor (3 messages sent to me saying delivery was 'today' - only the last one was accurate. took 8 days!!!!. No fault of seller.

  This was a very positive experience. Item is even better than described. The cats are in very good condition and the containers are much better than described. Took the offer offered as too good to turn down. Superb packaging. The seller really did an excellent job here. A lot of care was taken to ensure they arrived safely in the same condition as they were sent in. Very well protected and secure. Super fast dispatch and delivery. Excellent communication.   Prompt and efficient service and delivery. Goods well packaged. Book annual was as described, but a few pages were missing that went unnoticed. Seller was happy to reimburse some of the value to compensate, making the annual better value for money. Good seller. Thanks.
