    These are just what I was looking for, they were well waiting for as I ordered 2 and they were delivered separately, I had to wait for the second but I contacted the seller by email and phone and they were very helpful and they liased with the courier to make sure the second one was delivered. In the end they were much nicer even than the pictures, very true to description and the seller answered all my questions quickly and very helpfully.

    Ordered 2 x jumbo planters for our garden. Order was advised to be dispatched within 14 days of purchase as per FAQs from the seller. Didn't come for 5 weeks, messages chasing ignored. Items finally arrived and had minor damage but happy with the quality, but missing corner caps advertised. Messages via Ebay, email and seller website have been ignored. Planters seem solid, but incomplete as advertised with poor service.

    Due to unforeseen circumstances on the sellers part the shelves were not delivered. Got the problem fixed and refund issued so no complaints. Hiccups do happen and I wish the seller well.

    Truthless saler, no communication, still waiting my parcel, wish I'm pay on 13 April, show dispatch 14 April, but still no tracking number, no answers in messages, and last delivery date on 28 April, please avoid this saler, because im not shor what getting my parcel, just waist half month time
