  I thought I was ordering 3 pack of genuine parker ink cartridges as the photo was showing a pack of 3, I received 1 cartridge in a plastic bag with no packaging or if it was a genuine parker one! I returned for a refund which they say they have done but I haven't received it after 2 + weeks. Will not answer my messages, terrible customer service and I feel very mislead. I've just purchased a pack of 5 genuine parker cartridges in original packaging from Amazon for £2.94

  This seller advertising pens that have a personal message on it I bought one and when it arrived the message I ask for was not on it I contacted them and was told I ticket the wrong box and if I wanted a message it would cost another 4.99 .I think the company should have seen i asked for a message and could have messaged me for the extra 4.99 and I could have said yes or no.

  Great item, high quality and well packaged. It arrived a couple of days late due to postal strikes which is a shame but the seller was very helpful in helping me with my questions and was very nice and polite which I value very much. Would advise buying earlier than the displayed delivery time if you need it for a specific date due to postal delays, would highly recommend this seller!

  Condition as described, good quality genuine refills. Seller quick to respond when royal mail lost the original consignment and sent out replacements the same day. Arrived well packaged and in good time with additional lots for combined postage. Many thanks.

  Pictured Packaging a bit confusing , as leads to thinking that there are two refills , but not a problem. Speedy delivery and good communication.

  This is not the first time I have placed an order as usually very competitive prices. Descriptions exactly as stated and service usually excellent. This time there was a problem. The package arrived not quite as ordered. I write this review as the CUSTOMER SERVICE was FANTASTIC and the whole problem was sorted out without any issues. I will be making future purchasing here directly rather than shopping around. If there is any extra few pence to pay, it is worth it for the peace of mind.
