  Item despatched on 4th June and delivered 18th June by Royal (Snail) Mail. Both myself and the sender thought they had 'disappeared' though the seller responded immediately to my query on despatch and offered to re-send if they didn't arrived by the end of this week. Verdict - Seller very good, Royal Mail ... past their sell by date!

  Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect item I messaged seller immediately to request if they could send correct item or cancel order and I would reorder correct item but didn’t receive any response I received item okay have used seller before always been happy but disappointed I didn’t get a response so reordered correct item elsewhere thanks

  My refill has just arrived and works perfectly with my pen , great condition and great value for money . I’m very happy with it . The seller dispatched the refill 1st class by post . Although slight delay in arriving that’s down to the post office and not the seller , also the seller was great at communicating, a very satisfied customer.

  Quality product from a genuine Parker refill, arrived in a plastic envelope, loose with no protection, suggestion, perhaps if you wrapped them in bubble wrap as there was a bit of leakage around the plastic bung, no complaints though. Quick delivery & great coms, very pleased with the price, many thanks.

  I thought I was ordering 3 pack of genuine parker ink cartridges as the photo was showing a pack of 3, I received 1 cartridge in a plastic bag with no packaging or if it was a genuine parker one! I returned for a refund which they say they have done but I haven't received it after 2 + weeks. Will not answer my messages, terrible customer service and I feel very mislead. I've just purchased a pack of 5 genuine parker cartridges in original packaging from Amazon for £2.94
