    Excellent seller, after an issue with the click and collect location unexpectedly refusing our first delivery and instructing it to be returned to sender, the seller refunded our first order without hesitation as soon as the parcel tracking showed it was being returned to sender. We reordered immediately, this time for delivery to our home address, and it arrived within 24 hours. Excellent communication via eBay messages throughout.

    Item was brand new an unused but it was the wrong one for my fridge. My fault that it was the wrong one ordered, but the seller was happy to communicate and let me return it easily for a refund minus the shipping cost. Good service from a supplier

    Really happy with the product which matched our older Hoover washing machine from the info provided at a very reasonable price & was delivered free of postage via Royal mail a day earlier than expected . Appearance of packaging gave confidence of the product being new as stated . Online video helped me to install it therefore saving i would imagine a lot of money . Thankyou.
