  This seller is amazing. I called their store in PA and asked a few questions about my first Bernina after its delivery and they could not have been more patient, helpful and kind. It was perfectly packed and shipped at lighting speed. I am sure they paid more for shipping than I was charged. Everything mentioned and seen in the listing was included and it was FULLY serviced and CLEAN and a 90 DAY GUARANTEE! Looked like a new machine. Ideal balance of price and value. Thank you.

  The machine was as described. The needle threader was broken (not expensive to replace). The package seemed to be missing a dust cover but upon review of the included items, it was not listed. Review the components before assuming. The machine was received timely and was well packed for protection. I received exactly what was listed. The seller was very responsive to my questions. It is a beautiful machine.

  Fantastic experience with this shop! Wonderful machine as described, and it was packaged in original Bernina packaging and shipped fast. They even threw in an extra foot that I needed!   Graham was an excellent communicator, answered messages promptly and was very quick to ship out the machine and embroidery attachments. The packaging was wonderful and everything was in perfect condition. Exactly as described and I would definitely order from him again. This was my dream quilting machine and now I own it! I am so excited to start learning everything that is wonderful about this sewing machine. It came with books and a DVD to get me started on this quilting journey.

  Bernina 880 plus arrived today in wonderful packing! 3 big boxes that were well padded. The machine is beautiful! Better than the pictures. She stitches wonderfully and seller described it perfectly. Got her at a great price and seller was prompt in answering questions. I will definitely do business with Hoovers Bernina again.
