  Item arrived on time as stated, condition of briefs good. However, two packs were ordered and only one pack sent, request you send the second pack please. This is my third order for these with you and have been very pappy previously

  DO NOT USE THIS SELLER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BLAMES COURIER SERVICE! my first dress didn’t turn up and tracking was showing g as not collected etc so I contacted them they apologised blamed the courier and promised to send out a new one I asked for tracking as it was urgent and I needed it by today for an event I’m traveling to tonight for tomorrow they waited until today to actually then blame the courier again and issue a refund but had ignored all communication asking for new tracking !!

  Very satisfied. Heve bought several hats from this vendor and always good quick service. This time the wrong size was sent. Advised vendor and received immediate reply with instructions for return and full refund - at no cost to myself. Issue resolved quickly - would definitely buy again with confidence.
