  After learning why seller was unable to respond I’ve had numerous conversations with them. They have been working hard to rectify my issue. We have come up with a solution.

  The first one sent came with no cable to install it started a return and seller did send me another one still took 2 weeks these products should be labeled used be had been previously installed but does work and seller did make it right .

  First order received did not have outside antenna. Seller quickly sent missing item. Not happy with perfomance of unit. I was hoping for at least two bar inprovement.

  Very satisfied….. 📦 package got lost and notified…. Package received a few days later and system was installed and I was amazed how it improved 100 % cel signal and wi-fi hot spot worked perfect 👍
