    1. Sent me something i did not order, not as described 2. Took every opportunity to delay full refund request 3. Did not understand the refund and postage policies of eBay as a seller for item not as described at time of order 4. Tried misinform me on the ability to make a refund eBay label process as an Australian seller 5. After numerous communication attempts asked eBay to step in. Thanks eBay.

    The Seller & the product were both fantastic. My only only gripe would be with the "Courier".... They left my delivery with a neighbour...." WHICH NEIGHBOUR"?... I eventually found it.
