    Facts: I received wrong item. I contacted supplier for a resolution. I sent proofs that I paid for a higher value. Supplier wants me to pay for return postage. I opted EBay’s guidance for returns. I wasted time and money getting to the post office, repackaging the item and only to be partially refunded because of missing Allen key (£3.40!) that I forgot to put in the package. Not a good seller!
