  All too often when there’s an issue you find out that the seller doesn’t work to resolve a problem. I had an issue, no doubt caused during transit, and the seller responded in good time and resolved the issue above my expectations. I would therefore have confidence in buying from this seller again and thank them for their swift resolution. As for the item, apart from the problem, I could see that the item was as described and arrived swiftly.

  As described, arrived early, well packaged but one small item was missing. I was offered a refund but not a replacement for the missing part but declined. The seller provided excellent service and very quick responses.

  Excellent seller, fast well packed delivery from CHINA to UK, and tracked all the way to my door, 9 days in total from posting to delivery, this was including over CHRISTMAS, 5* Highly recommended

  There was a problem with delivery which I highlighted wirh the seller. Yodel tracker said it was in their depot but no indication of delivery date. The seller refunded at their suggestion. Good ebayer and despite the problem I would deal with them again. It was a Yodel problem not the seller problem.

  I have waited a good few weeks before reviewing as this was the third valve (the other two from different suppliers which leaked within a week or two) which has worked successfully and I am relieved, delivered very quickly-given its a Chinese supplier, thanks I am very happy
