  Purchased this sprayer head last month but USPS lost the shipment. This seller made it right & immediately issued a refund. Once resolved I ordered another. Shipping was fast. Product was exactly as described. I loved the spray head so much that this order was for 2 more. Again, shipping was fast & product is amazing. You learn a lot about a seller when something goes wrong. This seller immediately took ownership of USPS's mistake without hesitation. I highly recommend this seller.

  Very fast delivery. Packaging wasn’t the best. Box got ripped but nothing was damaged and the small part didn’t fall out, so all’s well. Good price. Works great. Looks good.

  BEWARE before you purchase here. I bought an $18 item on February 1…that was never delivered. I ask for another one to be sent instead of refund. Seller refused. I ask for refund in a timely matter & seller refused. My refund if I even get one will be well past February 20th. Way too long!!!

  The issue of the non delivery of my order has been resolved as the vendor has taken steps to refund me although the non delivery is no fault of theirs. I do appreciate this kind of service and would recommend them.
