  These pen refills are so much better value than on the high street. Free postage seals the deal. Good communication at all stages and fast delivery. I would have no hesitation buying from this seller.

  Item is fine, and supplier was extremely helpful when Evri lost the first package, replacing it immediately. Unbelievably Evri delivered this one to the wrong address, and left it on top of a wheelie bin. Thankfully it's a small neighbourhood and I recognised the location so could collect it on foot before the bin men get it / someone took it, but you'd have thought they'd take more care bearing in mind they lost the first one.

  The item was exactly as described, was well packaged, dispatched really fast, was good quality and a great price, and arrived safely, thank you so much. Good communication from the seller, and I was totally satisfied with the service provided. If I need anything else like this I will definitely be be buying from them again, and would recommend this 5 star seller 100%

  I notified the seller that I had not received the item , they contacted me to say it had been delivered which it had not . I was then contacted by Royal Mail who stated inadequate postage had been paid and I had to pay £1.50 to enable them to deliver it. I contacted the seller to inform them of this and they did not believe me as there was no reference on the Royal Mail card. The item has arrived today with a large sticker on it to say I PAID THE POSTAGE. Very poor service from this seller .
