  It has been a confusing journey with this seller. First, only one item arrived in an unsealed clear bag, yet the shipping information hadn't been submitted. When trying to get the information about the other item, the seller dodged my questions. Even when UPS send me an update saying the package weighed 50 lbs, the seller couldn't bother to answer the questions. When UPS said it was delivered, but did not arrive here, no answers. While I appreciate the refund. Would NOT do business again.

  There was a mixup with delivery and I never received my product, but the merchant was very good about communication and gave me a full refund in a timely manner, super professional.
