  The listing made this sound like a lovely plant, and I have to agree. I was concerned it might arrive in poor condition as it hadn't appeared 10 days after dispatch. I contacted the seller who was right on the case, and the plant arrived safely the next day. Happy to recommend both the plant and the seller

  First they sent me totally wrong plant with correct label on.i cintacted them and they sent me the correct plant which was supposed to be 2-3ft in height it didnt reach 2ft at the highest growing tip .I have emailed them to tell them im not happy with the plant for £56 but i have not had a reply yet. Also sent them a picture of the plant showing measurement which they requested.I have asked for a refund as not at all happy with service. 1st photo wrong plant 2nd photo showig measurement 3rd

  I am writing this draft review as a positive (instead of negative) because as an ebayer myself, I know the importance of good reviews. You kindly informed me when I recently contacted you that the two keys I ordered were due for despatch. Please be advised that eBay notified me indeed a few days after I contacted you to chase up the items. The notification I got was simply that the two keys had been despatched. The keys still haven’t arrived tho. Can you despatch another set free please asap.

  if there is a gold standard for this sort of item, the this seller scored 101% it came overwrapped in thick cardboard, protected inside by airbags to cushion any big bangs etc, then the actual propagator was housed within another cardboard box, so all in all the fragile plastic lids etc were always protected... delivery by Post Office was rubbish (as usual in our area) but other than that all is great.. thank you seller, now if you will please make the temperatures behave I can start seeds off i
