  All the complaints against this seller seem to have the same theme. In my case, I ordered 20 items and received only 10. When I brought it to his attention, the seller indicated that the listing was wrong but he intended to change it in the near future. The seller kept offering a very small refund. A full refund followed many emails including eBay help. The seller also wanted a positive rating. He should be removed from eBay as he hurts the reputation of so many decent international sellers.
