  I received the wrong product. I bought the pink version, and they sent me the rose gold version. In the product description, the saleswoman mentioned that the box was open but that the product was new. That was a lie. The brush came with hair and it looks very used. A very bad experience. I would never buy from this seller again. I tried to contact them, but they never responded

  We screwed up, and then we compounded it by not responding. I am very sorry this happened. We do not intend to sell merchandise in this state, so I can only guess that a discard brush made it into our selling inventory. I'm unsure how I missed your repeated messages.   Bought this and it initially came out as headlights. Told the seller and he was kind enough to issue the item and a refund. In terms of overall criticisms, just remember to get future orders right for purchasing customers. The adapter was eventually mailed out, and I’ve been enjoying a few movies on it. The picture quality is great, the packaging is good, I’d say I’ve got my moneys worth, and, besides a few grammatical errors, the instructions were clear on what to do.
