    This item was exactly as described and was in brand-new condition. Out of the box it worked beautifully and is fully functional. The unit was packed very well with bubble wrap inside a bag inside a box. This purchase saved us significant money over having to buy an entire new vacuum. Shipping cost was a bit high but that often seems to be the case with bulkier items. Overall, a great experience. Thank You, Haute_Desert_Deals.

    The item arrived damaged and the box was in good condition but they refunded my money as soon as I let them know. I’m guessing that they get open box items for pennies on the dollar and sell the components without checking them. Then anything that is found to be bad they just refund the purchase.

    We sell many different types of items. Items like a ceiling fan in this case are impossible for anyone to test. We do our best to work with our buyers to resolve issues to make it right as we did in this case.
