  Item arrived within 3 days, good communication with seller, box slightly damaged but my purchase was undamaged. Really pleased with item, exactly as described. Needed very little assembly and item is sturdy and looks really nice. It was the cheapest found so i was happy to get it for a good price. Good communication with seller.   Have purchased from seller in past last purchase was lost by Delivery company after a message to seller I received a reply in half an hour and a follow up phone call to inform me that a replacement was being express dispatched I received my order two days later. I really do advise if you want quality furniture this seller I really recommend 5 star customer service care.

  The item arrived later than was originally advertised (delayed by the Bank Holiday, no doubts), but the seller responded promptly to confirm the correct carrier (eBay mislabelled them, leading to lack of tracking) and the item did arrive in the end. Condition was as described and assembly took a bit of time (definitely a 2-man job), but it looks nice and seems good enough quality for the price.

  I cannot praise this company enough - fantastic, quality item at a value price, arrived in good condition by free delivery. Excellent communication throughout the process. Ordered Friday, arrived today, the following Monday, delivered by Evri. My partner has already put the shoe organisation together and found it simple to follow the detailed instructions.
