  Received items exactly as described and painstaking packaged, so arrived in perfect condition. Seller was very conscientious about communicating, even while store was on “vacation” and shipping clearly noted as being delayed - as speed in delivery was understood and not of issue, once back, shipping was swift and costs not inflated.   The seller was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went the extra mile to troubleshoot my purchasing issue. The chair arrived in perfect condition as well, and she notified me of the tracking as it made its way to me via freight. I wish more sellers were as caring and engaged as she is throughout the entire process. Outstanding customer service.

  Purchased on 5/6/25. Product was listed as “tracking available” for over a month. Contacted seller & they said they could ship soon & were delayed due to family emergency. I sympathize but I waited another month & still no change in status. Just checked again on 7/10 & now it says product was delivered on 6/30/25. I have NOT received the product. Rather disappointed after waiting 2 months.

  I refunded your money. I am so sorry but we had some deaths in our family and I was caring for my 92 year old Mother who is undergoing cancer treatments. I also care for my special needs son who lives with us. I am so sorry for this delay. Thanks so much for understanding.
