    Item was just as described and was well packaged to prevent damage. Shipping was very fast, as well. It looks great when assembled, and instructions were good - with one small step left out which we had to go back and fix. Overall, great product and great seller.

    Sophia arrived securely packed in two separate boxes. She was brand new with a hairnet over her head. She arrived before expected, and I was very thankful that the seller mailed her immediately after receiving payment. She is beautiful and the dress I had made for her fit perfectly. I would buy from this seller again.

    This item was lost in the mail system for a few days. The sellers could not have been more supportive with this issue. Offered a refund. Item was finally found and my granddaughter just loves it. Thank you to this seller they were the best.
