  I would not fault this seller at all, ordered 2 bottles of sensitive shampoo, but received only one, messaged the seller who was quick to respond, very apologetic and simply down to earth, I received the extra bottle today and a couple of extra bits for my dog, honestly small gestures go a long way! when my shampoo finally runs out I'll be sure to order from this seller again. Thank you

  well packed item. postage was very reasonable and item as described. might have been a tad on the expensive side. if i am being honest about "value" but i am extremely happy with the service and purchase. i wanted something a little different and got exactly what i paid for. thanks for a great service.
