  Seller didn't acknowledge the order or ship it for over a week, so I emailed them through ebay and still never heard back. I was able to do a websearch and find the dealers phone number and called them. The person who answered the phone didn't even know they had an ebay store, but finally I got to the parts department who logged in and said, "Oh yeah... I see that order from two weeks ago. Sorry! We'll ship that tomorrow!" Item is precisely as described and absolutely beautiful! Super happy!

  I contacted the seller and notified him that the light was defective after it was installed please send me a return label so I can return it and get my money back that was last Friday, June 7, 2024 NO RESPOND

  I requested that this door actuator not be delivered as it was mistakenly added to my initial order, but yet it was still mailed out to me. Once again I do not want or need this actuator.

  Item was purchased and paid for on 5/24 with estimated delivery before 6/9. Seller did not respond to requests for delivery update. eBay had to step in and issue a refund as seller ignored them too.
