  Not happy with packaging that it was sent through mail. First they thought it was pick up and I had to them it wasn’t. I live 5,000 miles away. I will provide picture this ship jewelry box wrapping in paper!! I sell things on eBay I make sure my packages go out with correct packaging. This should been packaged in wrapping bubble and cardboard box. The jewelry box came damaged corner notice ripped wrapping paper ! 🤦🏽‍♂️

  Ok the person left a box cutter in the box making deep dents I contacted immediately to ask them to rectify the situation- over weeks they refused to address the problem, I asked for a partial refund for the damage - I thought was reasonable since I wanted to purchased more but instead they ignored me, continued to try to sell me more instead doing their best to fix a prob that was their fault & cost them more in the end bc I’m returning it. they pay shipping 2x instead of just a part refund-
