Item arrived broken due to bad packaging. No answers to questions. Money back through eBay-service. I was willing to pay again and more for safe packaging, but no answer to my request. I am very disappointed and will not buy from this seller again.

You received a full refund with no delays, yet you still requested a replacement while keeping the refunded amount. We responded to your messages, and while I understand your frustration, we cannot control how couriers handle parcels. We always offer timely refunds and replacements. Leaving a negative review despite getting your money back seems unfair, as we lost both the product and shipping costs.

I am not the problem! Seller has insurance for lost tracked parcel, but is responsible for opening a case. I never asked for replacement after I got money back!

Worst transaction I have ever had on eBay I ordered the item by mistake and cancelled it 4 minutes later and 8 or 9 attempts at messaging I got no reply so the item arrived over a week later so I asked for a returns label and when I tried to post it back I was told by the lady in the post office that the label was invalid in which I just wanted to end the situation so I paid for the postage which I have had to stand I then received the item back posted it back got my refund today 4 weeks later

It’s disappointing that you’ve chosen to place the blame on us when the mistake originated on your end. Throughout the process, we maintained open communication to keep you informed and reassured. We clearly explained that your refund would be processed once eBay completed their procedure.
Royal Mail is responsible for the delivery, and we rely on their service. Since you provided them the incorrect address, the item was not returned to us, which has further complicated the situation.

Ordered items as favours for a child’s party at short notice ordered based on the delivery being here on time, the seller did not post it until the last day and when I asked about this was assured was 24 hours tracked so would be there the day before the party, still have not received my order and stopped replying to messages
