    Honorablel vender. At first received a full box of only 2 of 3 Gruns, but upon quick request for action, I then received the third. I believe it was an oversight and would purchase from them again. Packages were new, well packaged, within date. Positive communication. Good deal.

    I was surprised when I opened the package and it was Ruff Green's Chews and I had ordered Ruff Green's Powder. And when I contacted the seller, they apolozied for the mistake and sent the powder to me right away. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY THAT IT OUGHT TO BE DONE!! I certainly would do business with this seller again!

    It shipped fast but to no fault of the seller or buyer it got delivered to the wrong address and was missing from the package due to the mail process. I contacted the seller and she was very kind and sent a replacement. I also sent her pics of the torn up package. I would work with this seller again.

    Contacted seller. Provided a response about a mistake was made and the pictured item was out of stock. So you ship me something else??? So now I’m out the price of item plus the shipping cost with no way to recoup my entire expense. They offered a 10% discount to keep or I could return. Apparently on my own dime. Horrible customer service. Will never buy on here again.

    I opening my package delivery envelope noticed the seal was not on the order I know the seal’s on this item I am a cancer patient who needs this item THE DESCRIPTION CLAIMS NEW ! But this is clearly not new I then removed lid to check the second seal NO SEAL I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! I contacted the they blocked me from contacting them.. I did warn them that I was going to expose their dangerous practices false description! I want a refund Please don’t use this seller for your safety
