  This part is used but in great condition. It is the perfect replacement for the original retaining plate. It was an excellent value when compared with local motorcycle parts stores. It appears to be very well made in its appearance. The packaging was excellent and the shipping very fast. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend this seller to other ebay buyers.
