So the product itself perfect delivery time frame horrible. only option allowed is positive but neutral what I would choose.

The item was 'intercepted', neither the seller nor postal service could give an explanation. 10 days after anticipated arrival, the package has not arrived as it was returned to sender, yet no refund was made. Communication was lousy, only standard phrases, no explanations or ability to intervene. Overall bad experience.
