  Very pleased with the item and the seller. This pendant was well packed in a stiff container to prevent damage. It also had a "twisty tie" on the length of chain which prevented it from tangling during transit. I so appreciate what is such a simple thing that nobody else thinks to do! The item is exactly as pictured. Shipped right away and arrived within the time given. I feel it is worth the price. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  I received my earrings today and was delighted. Packaging and shipping were perfect. The earrings were as described and the purchase price was great. This was a very good transaction and communication was also great. A++++++++

  The item received was exactly as described in the listing. Communication was excellent, but shipping was slow. I think shipping delay was due to USPS, not the seller. The item was very well packaged and I am quite satisfied with the purchase. It was a great buy. Thanks!

  Accidentally shipped the wrong item and very quickly responded to my messages, corrected the mistake and sent the correct item ordered. Arrived exactly as shown. Would have liked a forewarning that watch wasn’t working but I can go to a watch repair for that easily. Pretty safe packaging, was marked as fragile and packed with bubble wrap.

  Package arrived by priority mail & in perfect condition. The necklace was secure in cardboard box in a large plastic jewelry zip bag in between two bubble wrap pouches. Necklace is in brand new condition as described. It is a beautiful necklace & I am thrilled with the quality & craftsmanship of this necklace. I got a great buy & will enjoy wearing this Talbots necklace. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
