  Fantastic seller! I purchased a pair of trousers that were too big, contacted the seller Sunday night and they had responded before 8am Monday morning. They organised an exchange free of charge. Item was brand new and exactly as described. Well packaged and prompt delivery. Great value for money. I will definitely be buying from this seller again. Thank you :)

  Item Came On Time But The Seller Did Not Update The Tracking Number Straight Away They Updated It Days After Dispatched And I Had To Ask For Tracking Number As They Just Marked It As Untracked Also Communication Wasn't That Great This Time Round. But The Items Are Always Good But I Think They Need To Work On The Customer Service Side Of Things And Update The Tracking Better.

  An absolute pleasure to purchase from, with a multi-buy discount offer & having friendly communications too! The seller was also extremely co-operative in providing me with a combined postage deal for two garments & once I'd completed the necessary payment, the parcel was promptly dispatched soon afterwards & hence it arrived well within the estimated timescale as a result. The top has proven to be exactly as described, in brand new condition, therefore I'm one very satisfied customer!

  Beautiful dress, packaged securely, updated me on delivery. Sadly the dress neckline was just too low, returned for refund.   I highly recommend this company, the dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday so very efficient. Unfortunately the condition wasn’t as expected but Charlotte in customer service was very helpful and we came to as resolution very quickly. Their email response is excellent and pretty much instant. Will definitely purchase from them again in the future. 5* review from me. xx
