  The item was as described by seller. the USPS lost the item in its postal service. Truly no fault of the seller. The seller reimbursed my money, and the item arrived at my door about 5 or 6 days after. As an act of goodwill, I sent the item back to the seller. The seller handled everything professionally and I gave five-star ratings. I'm looking forward to doing business again.

  product inferior, not at all what is advertised. tried to contact seller. they do not respond. product supposed to be brand j&j, in package. instead, it is generic, inferior, not waxed, shreds immediately. is in thin plastic unlabeled bag. off color tannish. then i purchased same j&j from another supplier: excellent. in j&j box, sealed. waxed. white. strong. this seller seems to not care. i advise avoid them.

  I had requested to cancel this order 2 days before they sent it. They then told me. I would have to pay for the return. Very rude, terrible customer service. I will not purchase from them agan. They never canceled the order and shipped anyways. Days after my request.
