  Item arrived as described and pictured. BIG issue with USPS "losing" packages for 1-2 weeks. This happened here. The seller shipped within 24 hrs. and kept me appraised of the and location of the package as much as they could. Very good communication and very customer oriented. Delay was in NO WAY the sellers fault. USPS has been this way since late January. I rate this seller very highly as they did everything to make this a smooth and quick transaction. Thank you so much.   I searched Ebay for hours trying to find a skirt like this and I am so glad that I did! This skirt is so beautiful and is in mint condition. Definitely worth the price, is as described, and came well packaged. I will definitely order from this buyer again! Also, Shipping was relatively quick.
