    Seller sent laptop with damaged battery. After messaging, he promised a refund or replacement. Not responding since then. Not only he lied about the condition of the item, but also lied about resolving the issue. Do not trust this seller. I've overpaid expecting a nice condition and received a laptop that only works when plugged in.

    Seller sent partial refund, after leaving the negative feedback. I wouldn't give negative feedback if I had better contact with seller and was sure I will receive it. I left seller a message before posting my feedback explaining my next steps and I got no messages back. I'm happy with the product after partial refund, but still, very poor communication. I wouldn't leave it as negative feedback anymore.

    Terrible seller. Didn't include a charger with the laptop. At first he promised to send a charger, then a partial refund. Then he just stopped communicating.
