  Llegó en mal estado en las esquinas. La calidad se ve bien. Su valor es bueno. La caja donde vino está al parecer la tiraron. Pero hoy llegó donde era.

  No communication at all it never shipped when said it took for me to finally get mad and write and say either ship them or refund my money but nothing was said but they did ship them that day I wrote so I feel like if I had never said anything then they never would have shipped when they did so they was late getting to me but at least the lights was new and as described that is the only good thing I can say so from that I don’t see myself buying anything else from them

  Item arrived incomplete 2 times. I asked seller for help and he was not responding. He use automatic replies and don’t follow the conversation. This order should include both taillights, harnesses and bulbs. First time I got the package I only received the driver side taillight without harness and bulbs. After trying to communicate with the seller and him not responding, had to open a case. Second time I received the package, only received the passenger side with nothing else. Don’t buy here.

  The item is perfect. It's the customer service that is horribly lacking here. Took 38+ days to arrive and seller could not provide tracking or a delivery date after 30 days. So unacceptable. Knowing the item was late, knowing they couldn't provide the tracking or a delivery date, seller could have at least provided a discount but didn't. Instead we were left to guess if we were going to even receive. For the pricetag, we expected at least some customer service.
