  The item showed up today, late. The drive was packaged well and when checked with CrystalDiskInfo it revealed the drive is in brand new condition. The price was perfect as was the quality of the drive. Thank you! 5 Star Seller! I might add that eBay should partner with new delivery services or methods other than the USPS. The drive took 8 days to travel 146 miles! I need to make clear it was NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT! I'd be upset if it wasn't so laughable that we pay more for less. USPS SUCKS!

  The MacBook is Amazing! They Communicated prior to shipping, and I got tracking within hours of purchase. It arrived faster than expected, wrapped impeccably, with a new charging cord, and even a nice protective laptop shell, and keyboard cover. It was charged, and ready to set up. The little details made me smile! Great seller! They followed up just to let me know to contact them if there were any issues, and let's not forget the best part..... Their price was excellent! 6 Stars For Them!

  This laptop purchase was my second buy from this seller, and almost the same item as the first because a friend of mine needed one. I am very very very happy with the whole experience and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! The laptop was just as described, looked better than that (as new!), and arrived securely packaged. I was able to get it all set up for her in a few hours and everything behaved just as it should. Bravo, bravo, bravo to this seller for such excellent service!

  This is more of a customer service rating that a product rating. I never received the item I purchased for whatever reason the courier was unable to deliver my order. Upon communicating with the seller they followed up and issued and complete refund and offered another opportunity to purchase the item. Great service and thank you. I would consider purchasing from this seller again. Thank you.
