Packaging was professional, and shipping was with FedEX so prompt arival. I didn't even have to communicate with the sellar! I paid the auction fee and within 2 days the unit was on its way to me in Canada. AMAZING seller. Worth paying a little more to know that what you are getting is operational and working as expected. The PH9XT is amazing in my analog rig!

The best shipping experience I have had with a McIntosh amplifier (I’ve had many shipped)! The unit was packed in the proper McIntosh double boxes, then added hard side and corner slats and wrapped in plastic. It was strapped to a small pallet with metal straps. It was delivered to my door. It looks and sounds great! Price was great. With the care taken by the seller, I will definitely buy more equipment from them in the future. Thanks guys!
