    Item arrived well packaged and in great condition — should have been listed as 'like new.' Excellent value and quality. Communication was quick and reassuring throughout. My only gripe was the handling time — 10 business days is excessive, and the item was still shipped later than stated. Overall a positive experience, but the shipping delay was an unfortunate blemish on an otherwise pleasant transaction.

    I am so impressed by this seller. The book looks brand new even though the seller has listed it as "used," was perfectly packed and arrived just after 9 days from the date of its shipment.

    Book came well packaged, no additional damages as it was a used item. The shipping took a really long time, but I’ve read the past reviews of the seller and the description on the listing so I expected it. I wish I picked the shipping option with tracking, the month of waiting got me a little worried. Overall, everything was delivered on time, in the same condition it was listed as, so I’m pretty satisfied.

    I am thrilled to be in possession of this book! After looking over it I couldn’t be happier! It came in faster than anticipated, the condition was so well maintained that you wouldn’t have been able to tell if it was used beforehand or not, and it was kept in protective wrapping so nothing would damage it on its way to my home! Highly recommended the seller and their services and I’ll be checking back with them in the future in case there’s anything else I’d like from Japan!
