  Received the item, fully functional, the box was minorly dented like described but the item was new in all wrapping and fully works. Saved a bit of money going this route, I appreciate that! Coming from the original AfterShokz, these are a game changer!

  The item arrived timely and was packaged well for shipping. It was described as "New Sealed". It was not sealed - it had been opened and scotched tape closed.. However, it seems to work fine. It was good value and appearance.
