  I ordered the HP ProBook from this seller. Unfortunately, there was a glitch with the motherboard... when I asked to return it - they were very responsive and made things easy for the return. I have purchased another - as hey we can all make mistakes and who knows, this might have happened in shipping. Story to continue after I receive my next one It was as stated, some scrapes and marks on the case, and you could tell it was pre-used, as stated in the description.

  OMG……I’m very pleased with the seller and the over stated description of the laptop in comparison to the actual condition of it that I received. This laptop is like brand new inside and out. And it’s white with no discoloration on it as described. Charger included, free shipping , an unbeatable price and it arrived a day early. Thank you very much I will be referring and returning to your website again.

  came in very good condition and arrived quickly! the laptop was packaged in bubble wrap and was very secure so that is nice. the laptop is exactly as advertised and looks almost brand new! very good seller and very good computer! thanks a ton!

  Item arrived in pretty short order. The packaging nicely secured the contents of the box. Though I encountered my fair share of issues with the device, the seller was accommodating, provided useful information and the return process was relatively painless. I even got to keep the hard drive as a courtesy to stamp out any lingering concerns about privacy. Thanks again, HeyHelloHi.

  Had an issue with shipping, it was not the Seller's fault. The Postal Service missed placed the package, however, Seller shipped out and replacement, and told me to the keep original when it comes in. Thanks for your time and efforts to go beyond! to please your buyer. Happy Holidays!
