  I ordered the HP ProBook from this seller. Unfortunately, there was a glitch with the motherboard... when I asked to return it - they were very responsive and made things easy for the return. I have purchased another - as hey we can all make mistakes and who knows, this might have happened in shipping. Story to continue after I receive my next one It was as stated, some scrapes and marks on the case, and you could tell it was pre-used, as stated in the description.

  The laptop was as advertised. It was packed professionally and arrived in just a few days, in excellent shape. Everything works well, and the price was nice, too. One thing the seller didn't mention was that the battery has a cycle count of only 81, which is very good, an unexpected surprise! A+

  OMG……I’m very pleased with the seller and the over stated description of the laptop in comparison to the actual condition of it that I received. This laptop is like brand new inside and out. And it’s white with no discoloration on it as described. Charger included, free shipping , an unbeatable price and it arrived a day early.   came in very good condition and arrived quickly! the laptop was packaged in bubble wrap and was very secure so that is nice. the laptop is exactly as advertised and looks almost brand new! very good seller and very good computer! thanks a ton!
