    Item exactly as described and shipped quickly. My only gripe is the carrier/method used, Fedex Smartpost. Smartpost packages can sit in a cargo container at one of their facilities for days before moving to the next destination. In my case it sat for 7 days before moving again and handed off to USPS ground for final delivery. While USPS ground may have cost a little more it wouldn't have taken 2 weeks before it was delivered. Kudos to the seller but Fedex was horrible.

    The cross stitch was new and unopened so therefore in great condition as stated. The exceptional part of the transaction was the shipping: incredibly fast! It was also well wrapped and came with a return form, so that was good if there was a problem. No complaints. Can’t wait to begin❤️
