  This item was in excellent condition and shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, I had ordered this item by mistake. Customer service was exceptional and they replied promptly to my email inquiries and processed the refund quickly. Highly recommend this seller.

  Product was exactly want I needed. However, it was definitely a refurbished one, not a new one. Additionally, even though it says US supply on the photo, based on the shipping time and where the return label identifies, I have a strong suspicion that it was not. All in all, I got what I wanted in a timely manner and for a good price. I am only taking one star off for incorrect condition and supply location. I would buy from them again.
