    A very polite, professional seller who communicates clearly and handles issues responsibly. The buyer’s plate arrived broken, as did a previous one from another source, so breakage was not seller packing issue, but the seller responded promptly and arranged reimbursement. The buyer recommends the seller despite the unfortunate outcome and expresses disappointment about needing to find another plate. I highly recommend her as a seller; communication was easy, honest, and straightforward.

    Items were in good shape and as described though one of them was dirty. Shipping didn't happen for almost 5 days. I am not sure it would have happened if I didn't send a follow-up message asking for the tracking number after 3 days. Items had quality packing materials. The price of the items was fair considering new ones are very coatly. I had sent the seller two messages prior to purchase. One was responded to the other was not.

    Exactly what I needed! And exactly as described. This seller initially shipped me the wrong shade (not the one I had purchased). However, when I pointed this out to him, he immediately rectified the situation—and shipped me the proper shade quickly and at no additional expense. I appreciate his honesty, honor and GREAT customer service!. By the way, BOTH shades were packed beautifully. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
