  Item shipped immediately and seller's communication was great when I had a question about the arrival date. Seller was willing to negotiate a very reasonable selling price, and because of that I purchased a second one - one for me and one for a Wedding Shower Gift. Both were packaged well and arrived safely. Looks great on my counter and I look forward to using it! I do recommend adding the 6 cup glass container for versatility. Would recommend this seller!

  I worried that this unit may have cosmetic problems due to less than new boxing. The unit was perfect, as described, never used. I was replacing the exact older unit that I have had for 8ish years. The shipping was timely, and communication with the seller was super. I would buy from this seller again!
