    Good eBay card seller but id not respond to requests for combined S&H invoice and paid $2.97 for 3 cards in one 69-cent stamped envelope

    I did not receive a request for combined shipping, but did send the buyer a refund on the extra shipping fees that were paid for once I realized the mistake. I do not want anyone thinking a mistake in my policies means I am trying to take extra money from buyers.
