  Seller realised he had no stock of this product and advised me promptly, giving me the option of cancelling my order or waiting until the following week when he expected new supplies. I was happy to wait and advised him accordingly. My parcel was subsequently despatched and delivered quickly. Very happy.

  I received a full refund as item was not available. A very fast response from seller to advise me that item is no longer available and that I will get a refund,. I will buy from seller again

  Item received as described. Shipping time delayed to Canada Post strike. Shipping box received somewhat damaged; Australian Post or Canada Post, who knows who at fault. Packaging was slightly bent but product appears undamaged.

  Good product, great service, excellent communications. There was a problem with damage in postage, it was communicated to me straight away, and the goods were replaced and arrived in perfect condition the very next day. You can't ask for more than that.
