The seller wrapped it in another plastic bag, so the item was perfectly delivered to me and it has its label still attached.     Arrived quickly and in good packaging! She looks slightly different from the listing photos but I think that might be because she got squished in the mail? She's plush, so she'll bounce back :)

    Seller shipped Mr Surfacer 1200, but the listing was for 1500. I contacted seller and they offered a return. I ellected to keep the 1200 received since I can still use it. Not ideal, but not a problem worth a return for me. Satisfied otherwise. It was nice of the seller to offer the return.
