    I received a beautiful coarctata but it seemed rather fragile because of its long journey and the paper wrappings were slightly damp. I reported this to the seller and they responded that if in three months the plant perishes, they would send me a refund. I’d prefer a replacement, though, because the plant is really beautiful. We will see in 3 months. Thanks.

    Two of the 3 plants I purchased arrived damaged...I think due to a long shipping time and high temps this time of year. I requested a refund for the 2 damaged plants after providing pictures. The seller quickly issued refund for the damaged plants and shipping. This is a very honest eBay seller.
