When it arrived, it was in perfect condition, high quality and super appearance. This seller went way out of there way to handle this deal and make this happen.   Good packing; reasonable shipping time; excellent communication from seller. There was a problem with the item, and the problem was not the seller's fault; in fact, it was the seller who reached out to me first. The seller and I communicated a few times, and the seller offered several solutions; I chose a solution, and the seller was very cooperative. In the end, I got something that I like and with which I am satisfied. Thus, I can recommend this honest and reputable seller. :-)

  Due to an eBay glitch the item I bought had actually already been sold, seller offered to exchange for something else in his store.The item I picked cost a little more but he did an even swap. That item arrived quick and well packed (Corelle plates). Great communication, made the best out of something that wasn't his fault. Great seller!
